THE GOVERNMENT
Resolution No. 44/NQ-CP dated May 29, 2017 of the Government on memorandum of Understanding on the Establishment of ASEAN – India Center between the Governments of ASEAN Member States and the Government of the Republic of India
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on Treaties dated April 09, 2016;
At the request of Minister of Foreign Affairs at the Official Dispatch No. 1362/TTr-BNG-ASEAN dated April 17, 2017,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To approve the draft of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Establishment of ASEAN – India Center between the Governments of ASEAN Member States and the Government of the Republic of India.
Article 2. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Pham Binh Minh, is authorized to sign the said Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the Government of Vietnam.
Article 3. Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall carry out necessary procedures as regulated by law./.
