RESOLUTION
On opening of the Nam Dich (Vietnam) - Huoi Hia (Laos) border crossing
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the June 19, 2015 Law on Organization of the Government; and the November 22, 2019 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 112/2014/ND-CP of November 21, 2014, on the management of land border gates;
At the proposal of the People’s Committee of Dien Bien province stated in Official Letter No. 4086/TTr-UBND of December 3, 2021, enclosed with Document No. 547/UBND-NC of March 1, 2022.
RESOLVES:
Article 1. To open the Nam Dich (Vietnam) - Huoi Hia (Laos) border crossing at the proposal of the People’s Committee of Dien Bien province stated in Official Letter No. 4086/TTr-UBND of December 3, 2021, enclosed with Document No. 547/UBND-NC of March 1, 2022.
Article 2. This Resolution takes effect on the date of its signing.
Article 3. The People’s Committee of Dien Bien province, and ministries, sectors and localities shall organize the implementation of this Resolution in accordance with law.
