RESOLUTION

Adjusting the 2023 law- and ordinance-making program^[1]

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE

Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Law No. 57/2014/QH13 on Organization of the National Assembly which had a number of articles amended and supplemented under Law No. 65/2020/QH14;

Pursuant to Law No. 80/2015/QH13 on Promulgation of Legal Documents which had a number of articles amended and supplemented under Law No. 63/2020/QH14;

RESOLVES:

Article 1. To adjust the 2023 law- and ordinance-making program

1. To add the draft Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on the People’s Public Security Forces to the 2023 law- and ordinance-making program for submission to the National Assembly for opinion and passage at its 5^th session (May 2023) according to the process for consideration and passage of laws at a single session.

2. To add to the 2023 law- and ordinance-making program for submission to the National Assembly for opinion at its 5^th session (May 2023) and for passage at its 6^th session (October 2023) the following draft laws:

a/ Draft Law on Citizen Identification (amended);

b/ Draft Law on Credit Institutions (amended).

Article 2. To assign submitting agencies, agencies in charge of verification and agencies participating in verification

To assign agencies to submit, verify, and participate in verification of, draft laws that are added to the 2023 law- and ordinance-making program as follows:

Article 3. Effect

This Resolution takes effect on the date of its adoption.

This Resolution was adopted on March 17, 2023, by the Standing Committee of the XV^th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 21^st session.-
