RESOLUTION

Adjusting the 2022 law- and ordinance-making program^[1]

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE

  Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

  Pursuant to Law No. 57/2014/QH13 on Organization of the National Assembly, which had a number of articles amended and supplemented under Law No. 65/2020/QH14;  

Pursuant to Law No. 80/2015/QH13 on Promulgation of Legal Documents, which had a number of articles amended and supplemented under Law No. 63/2020/QH14;

RESOLVES:

Article 1. To adjust the 2022 law- and ordinance-making program

To add to the 2022 law- and ordinance-making program for submission to the National Assembly for comment and adoption at the 4^th session according to the process applicable at a single meeting the following draft resolutions:

The National Assembly’s draft Resolution on pilot grant of the right to choose to use number plates of automobiles through auction;

 The National Assembly’s draft Resolution on pilot implementation of a number of special mechanisms and policies for the development of Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province.

Article 2. Assignment of the agency submitting, the agencies in charge of verifying and the agencies participating in verifying the draft resolutions

To assign the agency submitting, the agencies in charge of verifying and the agencies participating in verifying the draft resolutions to be added to the 2022 law- and ordinance-making program at the 4^th session as follows:

  Article 3. Effect

  This Resolution takes effect on the date of its adoption.

  This Resolution was adopted on September 24, 2022, by the Standing Committee of the XV^th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its September session on lawmaking.-
