RESOLUTION
Adjusting the 2022 law- and ordinance-making program[1]
THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Law No. 57/2014/QH13 on Organization of the National Assembly, which had a number of articles amended and supplemented under Law No. 65/2020/QH14;
Pursuant to Law No. 80/2015/QH13 on Promulgation of Legal Documents, which had a number of articles amended and supplemented under Law No. 63/2020/QH14;
RESOLVES:
Article 1. To adjust the 2022 law- and ordinance-making program
To add the following draft resolutions to the 2022 law- and ordinance-making program for submission to the National Assembly for opinion and adoption at its 3rd session according to the 1-session process:
1. National Assembly’s resolution providing extension of the time limit for the whole application of the National Assembly’s Resolution No. 42/2017/QH14 of June 21, 2017, on pilot handling of non-performing loans of credit institutions;
2. National Assembly’s resolution on pilot implementation of a number of special mechanisms and policies for development of Khanh Hoa province.
Article 2. To assign submitting agencies, verifying agencies and agencies participating in verification
To assign agencies to submit, verify, and participate in verification of, draft resolutions that are added to the 2022 law- and ordinance-making program at the 3rd session as follows:

Article 3. Effect
This Resolution takes effect on the date of its adoption.
This Resolution was adopted on April 21, 2022, by the XVth National Assembly Standing Committee of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 10th session.-
