Reducing land and water surface rentals for 2022 for subjects affected by the Covid-19 pandemic

THE GORVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 39/2022/ND-CP dated June 18, 2022, promulgating the working regulation of the Government;

At the proposal of the Ministry of Finance in the Document No. 174/TTr-UBDT dated August 04, 2022 and No. 9154/BTC-QLCS dated September 13, 2022;

Base on the voting results of the Government Members.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.

1. Unifying the Government’s draft report that reports to the National Assembly Standing Committee on reduction of land and water surface rentals for 2022 for subjects affected by the Covid-19 pandemic attached to the Ministry of Finance’s Document No. 9154/TTr-BTC dated September 13, 2022.

The Ministry of Finance shall take full responsibility before the Government, the Prime Minister and agencies for reported information and data.

2. Assigning the Minister of Finance, as authorized by the Prime Minister and on behalf of the Government, to report to the National Assembly Standing Committee in accordance with regulations, ensuring the quality and progress as required; be responsible for reporting and explaining to the National Assembly Standing Committee and agencies of the National Assembly as prescribed.

Article 2. This Resolution takes effect on the dated of its signing.

Article 3. The Minister of Finance and heads of related agencies shall implement this Resolution./.
