ORDER
ON THE PROMULGATION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY’S RESOLUTION
THE STATE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Articles 103 and 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on the Promulgation of Legal Documents,
PROMULGATES:
Resolution No. 48/2001/QH10 on the ratification of the "Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the United States of America on trade relations," which was adopted on November 28, 2001 by the Xth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 10th session.
