To: Credit institutions authorized to engage in foreign exchange activity
With a view to implementing guideline of the Prime Minister on the implementation of management measures of macro policy in coming time, the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam requests credit institutions which are authorized to engage in foreign exchange activity (CI) to urgently implement some contents as follows:
To make report on balance of foreign currency deposits; foreign currency loan outstanding of Groups, State owned Corporation, including their member enterprises which carry out dependent accounting and independent accounting at CI. The report shall be made according to the Form No. 1 and Form No. 2 attached.
Data to be reported under the above form shall be collected till 30 November 2009 or at the latest time if possible.
CIs shall send report on above mentioned contents to State Bank of Vietnam (Foreign Exchange Control Department)- Address 49 Ly Thai To, Hanoi on 4 December 2009.
The State Bank of Vietnam would like to inform for the knowledge and implementation of Credit Institutions authorized to engage in foreign exchange activity.
