On September 08, 2016, Vietnam State Bank held the online meeting on “cyber security in electronic payment and card-based payment” at nation-wide 63 teleconference sites. Vice Governor Nguyen Kim Anh presided and provided instructions at the meeting (Announcement No. 268/TB-NHNN dated September 12, 2016 by the State Bank).
In order to implement the instructions from the Governor and Vice Governor Nguyen Kim Anh, the office of the State Bank requests the agencies to study and formulate the specific and active plan thoroughly to execute effectively the assignments according to the Announcement No. 268/TB-NHNN. The agencies shall thereof report to the Secretarial Division of the Office of the State Bank by September 22, 2016, which then compile information and report to the Governor and Vice Governor.
By the order of the Governor, the office of the State Bank informs the agencies of such matter.
