Official Dispatch No. 4819/TCHQ-GSQL dated October 03, 2011 of the General Department of Customs on arising problems in the implementation of the Notice No. 197/TB-BCT
To: The Department of Customs of Dong Nai province
On answering the Official Dispatch No. 1322/HQDNa-GSQL dated August 17, 2011 of the Department of Customs of Dong Nai province on arising problems when the Vietnam Shiseido Limited Company as export processing business sells product (cosmetics) which are produced by company to domestic businesses. The General Department of Customs has opinions as follows:
On September 26, 2011, the Ministry of Industry and Trade had an Official Dispatch NO. 8870/BCT-XNK dated September 26, 2011 on the implementation of the Notice No. 197/TB-BCT dated May 06, 2011 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, accordingly, all export processing businesses do not have to implement all regulations of the Notice No. 197/TB-BCT when selling products of the business to the domestic market. Import-export procedures shall be implemented in accordance with regulations.
The General Department of Customs answer the Department of Customs of Dong Nai province for acknowledgement and implementation./.
