- The Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development
At the consideration of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment at the document No. 1755/BTNMT-KTTVBDKH dated May 13, 2013 on issuing the Joint Circular guiding the management regime of capital resources for Support Program to Respond to Climate Change (SP-RCC) and contribution ideas from agencies such as: the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Finance, Deputy Minister – Mr. Hoang Trung Hai and appoint to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment – the agency to take prime responsibilities in building and issuing the Joint Circular:
1. To inform Japan International Corporation Agency (JICA) and other sponsors for SP-RCC Program for implementation corporation;
2. To supervise the implementation process and actively exchange with relevant Ministries and industries for adjustment if any problems arising, at the same time to corporate and explain to the sponsors.
The Government Office would like to inform agencies for acknowledgement and implementation./.
