The General Department of Customs received the Official Dispatch No. 368/HQHN-GSQL dated February 23, 2012 of the Department of Customs of Hanoi reporting the problems in the implementation of the Official Dispatch No.6426/TCHQ-CCHDH dated November 19, 2011 guiding the implementation of the Decision No. 2544/QD-TCHQ dated November 28, 2011. According to problems that the Department of Customs of Hanoi, there are 05 businesses satisfying ¾ criteria prescribed at the Official Dispatch No.6426/TCHQ-CCHDH. The criteria of transparent accounting system hasn’t particularly confirmed by domestic tax office at the investigation time. To this problem, the General Department of Customs has an answer as follows:
On the first state of plot implementation, Department of Customs of Hanoi is required to implement in accordance with the guidance at Clause 1 and Clause 2 of the Official Dispatch No.6426/TCHQ-CCHDH.
