Official Dispatch No. 1321/GSQL-GQ4 dated May 07, 2018 of the Department of Customs Management and Supervision
To: The Customs Department of Hanoi
In response to Official Dispatch No.1206/HQHN-GSQL of Hanoi Customs Department regarding the declaration of origin in the C/O form D, below are opinions from the Customs Management Supervision Department:
1. For electronic C/O form D, the declaration of origin must adhere to guidelines provided in Clause 2 in Official Dispatch No.1888/TCHQ-GSQL dated April 10, 2018 of the General Department of Customs.
2. For printed C/O form D, goods quantity and weight must be clearly specified in accordance to provisions of the agreement.
