OFFICIAL LETTER

ON THE USE OF INVOICES PRINTED BY THE REGISTER SECTOR

To: Da Nang Motor Vehicle Register (25 Hoang Van Thai street, Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city)

In reply to Official Letter No. 70/DKDN of March 22, 2005, of Da Nang Motor Vehicle Register, on circulation registration of invoices printed by the register sector, the General Department of Taxation gives the following opinion:

On December 1, 2003, the General Department of Taxation issued Official Letter No. 4247 TCT/AC on the registration for use of printed invoices for use within the entire Vietnamese register sector. According to this Official Letter, the Vietnam Register shall print invoices and distribute them to its attached units (provincial/municipal register sub-departments, register centers, register boards and register stations) nationwide for use; before using invoices issued by the Vietnam Register, these units must affix their names, addresses, tax identification numbers on these invoices and register them with the Tax Departments of the localities where they are headquartered.

The General Department of Taxation hereby notifies Da Nang Motor Vehicle Register Center and Tax Department of Da Nang city thereof for implementation.
