With the view to implementation of the Directive No. 19/2002/CT-TTg dated 13 September, 2002 of the Prime Minister on the reinforcement of management of value added tax, in order to take part in the guarantee of strict and clear implementation of the Law on the value added tax, facilitate function agencies to effectively manage value added tax, decrease loss, prevent and overcome timely cheating acts in the tax deduction, refund, the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam shall request banks:

1. To have measures of payment expansion through accounts which are opened at banks by non-cash payment modes, to facilitate enterprises to open their accounts, make payment through banks for export goods.

1. To strictly implement collection orders, fine orders of tax authorities in accordance with current provisions of applicable laws.

During the implementing process, if any obstacle occurs, shall inform timely and propose solutions to the State Bank for the settlement measures.
