Official Dispatch No. 111/BXD-KTXD dated July 27, 2011 of the Ministry of Construction guiding the adjustment on contract price
To: Project Management Board of Power Development
The Ministry of Construction received Official Dispatch No. 569/BDADL-KH dated May 06, 2011 of the Project Management Board of Power Development guiding the adjustment on contract price. The Ministry of Construction has opinions as follows:
Contracts in construction activities will be implemented in accordance with regulations in the Decree No. 48/2010/ND-CP dated May 7, 2010 of the Government on contracts in construction activities and the Circular No. 08/2010/TT-BXD dated July 29, 2010 of the Ministry of Construction guiding methods of adjusting construction contract prices (previously the Circular No. 06/2007/TT-BXD dated July 25, 2007 of the Ministry of Construction providing guidance on contracts in construction activities). Abnormal variable price is regulated on the Ordinance on Price No. 42/2002/PL-UBTVQH10 of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee, Government’s Decrees providing detailed guidance on some article of the Ordinance on Price and Circular No. 104/2008/TT-BTC dated November 13, 2008 of the Ministry of Finance.
Project Management Board of Power Development takes these opinions as basis for implementation.
