With a view to implementing the direction of Governor of the State Bank about timely following up development of interest rates in the market for the purpose of management of monetary policy, State Bank of Vietnam would like to request commercial banks, joint venture banks and foreign banks' branches to make quick report on several information of mobilization and loan interest rates in VND, USD as at 15 November 2008 under the forms attached to this official dispatch.
