THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION
Official Dispatch No. 100/BXD-KTXD dated July 12, 2011 of the Ministry of Construction on agreement expense for services of design works
To: National Power Transmission Corporation
The Ministry of Construction received the Official Dispatch No. 1366/NPT-QLDT dated May 31, 2011 of the National Power Transmission Corporation (NPT) on agreement expense for services of design works. After studying, the Ministry of Construction has opinions as follows:
The Ministry of Construction is currently guiding on checking and completing Quota on cost for project management and consultancy of investment and construction of buildings attached to the Decision No. 957/QD-BXD dated September 09, 2009 of the Ministry of Construction.
1. Contents of expenses listed in the Official Dispatch No. 1336/ NPT-QLDT dated May 31, 2011 on other expense of the project.
2. For the contract signed between two parties, payment and final account shall be implemented in accordance with agreement in the contract.
With above content, the National Power Transmission Corporation shall implement this regulations./.
