To: - Customs Departments of provinces;
- Shipping companies, shipping agents, forwarders.
Continued after Official Dispatch No. 6889/TCHQ-GSQL dated November 23, 2018 of the General Department of Customs on e-manifest declaration and inspection, below are opinions of the General Department of Customs about time for implementation of Official Dispatch No. 6889/TCHQ-GSQL:
1. For imported and exported wastes: Customs Departments of provinces shall instruct shipping companies, shipping agents and forwarders to strictly follow the provisions of Official Dispatch No. 6889//BTC-TCHQ.
2. For imports and exports other than wastes: Official Dispatch No. 6889/BTC-TCHQ shall apply from January 01, 2019.
Customs Departments of provinces shall post Official Dispatch No. 6889/TCHQ-GSQL and this document where customs procedures are followed in order to make information about e-manifest declaration and inspection publicly available to shipping companies, shipping agents and forwarders.
