On August 24, 2023, the Government issues the Decree No. 66/2023/ND-CP on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decree No. 54/2018/ND-CP guiding the collection of voters’ opinions on the establishment, dissolution, merger, separation and adjustment of boundaries, of administrative units.
The Ministry of Finance (MOF) has recently proposed raising fine levels for a lot of violations insurance-related violations, according to a draft decree revising the decrees concerning the sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of insurance business and lottery business, including Decree 98 of 2013, Decree 48 of 2018, Decree No. 80 of 2019, and Decree 102 of 2021.
This is one of the important contents prescribed in the Decree No. 70/2023/ND-CP on amending a number of the Decree No. 152/2020/ND-CP on foreign workers in Vietnam and recruitment and management of Vietnamese workers working for foreign organizations and individuals in Vietnam.
