Invalidation of patents (known as "patent invalidation”) is a legal procedure established in most countries with intellectual property (IP) protection laws, which allows a third party to challenge the validity of a patent. On June 26, 2023, the Government hereby issues Decree No. 39/2023/ND-CP detailing a number of articles of Resolution No. 73/2022/QH15 dated November 15, 2022, on the pilot auction of automobiles’ number plates.
