A working party will be formed to review the current system of legal documents under Prime Minister Decision 945/QD-TTg dated August 11.
A working party will be formed to review the current system of legal documents under Prime Minister Decision 945/QD-TTg dated August 11.
Accordingly, the working party will be responsible for assisting the government leader in directing and monitoring the review of legal documents as assigned under National Assembly (NA) Resolution 101/2023/QH15.
In addition, it is required to closely coordinate with related ministries and agencies and the NA’s agencies in reviewing, synthesizing, and processing results of the review for reporting to the Government.
The working party will have to report on review results to the Government and Prime Minister before September 15, 2023, to solicit the NA’s opinions about issues for the NA’s debate at its 6th session.
It is also assigned to propose amendments to laws in order to remove difficulties for enterprises’ production and business activities.
The working party is headed by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang.
Minister of Justice Le Thanh Long and Minister-Chairman of the Government Office Tran Van Son are deputy heads of the working party.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Justice will act as the working party’s permanent body.-
