On March 01, 2022, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour issues the Decision No. 4292/QD-TLD on the suspension of the implementation of the Decision No. 3749/QD-TLD dated December 15, 2021 on provision of assistance for unionists and employees affected by Covid-19.
Accordingly, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour suspends the implementation of the Decision No. 3749/QD-TLD dated December 15, 2021 on provision of assistance for unionists and employees affected by Covid-19.
From March 01, 2022, the provision of assistance for unionists and employees affected by Covid-19 (including died F0 cases) shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations on spending on assistance, visit and subsidy at the Decision No. 4290/QD-TLD dated March 01, 2022, the Decision No. 4291/QD-TLD dated March 01, 2022 on promulgation of regulations on spending standards and norms in trade union agencies.
This Decision takes effect on March 01, 2022.
The receipt of applications for assistance for entities infected with Covid-19 before March 1st, 2022 under Decision No. Decision No. 3749/QD-TLD shall be carried out to before March 31, 2022.
