Two official websites for verifying information on health supplements

As stated in Official Dispatch No. 790/ATTP-SP dated April 18, 2025, issued by the Vietnam Food Administration regarding the inspection and post-marketing control of health supplements, to ensure food safety and prevent the purchase of counterfeit or substandard products, consumers are advised to verify information related to health supplements via two official websites provided by the Vietnam Food Administration.

Health supplements are only allowed to be circulated on the market after being granted a Certificate of Product Declaration Receipt and a Certificate of Advertising Content Approval by the Vietnam Food Administration.

The two official websites for verifying information on health supplements are:

1. https://vfa.gov.vn/ – This is the official website of the Vietnam Food Administration, which provides information on health supplements that have been registered and granted the Certificate of Product Declaration Receipt. Consumers can search for product information before making purchasing decisions.

2. https://dichvucong.moh.gov.vn/ – This is the public service portal of the Ministry of Health, which provides detailed information on products that have received the Certificate of Advertising Content Approval and Product Declaration Receipt.

Through these two websites, consumers can verify comprehensive information such as product name, ingredients, usage instructions, benefits, and intended users.
