September 05: The policy takes effect today

Spending up to VND 8 million for composing the draft of the international treaty is the important content prescribed in Circular No. 43/2022/TT-BTC dated July 19, 2022, of the Ministry of Finance on guiding the management and usage of the state budget in ensuring the works of international treaty and agreement.

Accordingly, expenses for issuing the copies of international treaties; copying and printing documents; purchasing and collecting documents; purchasing stationery directly for composing the draft of international treaties and agreements; other incurred expenses in direct services for international treaties and agreements on the basis of lawful invoices and documents, within the estimates of assigned authorities.

More importantly:

  • Spending up to VND 8 million per document on composing the draft of an international treaty;
  • Spending up to VND 5 million/document on composing the draft for amended and supplemented international treaty;
  • Spending up to VND 5 million/document for composing the draft of an international agreement.

Besides, funds for the works of international treaties and agreements shall be used and accounted for in accordance with the provisions of the Law on State Budget, the Law on Accounting, and guiding documents.

This Circular takes effect on September 05, 2022.
