Under Directive 03/CT-TTg, he requests relevant agencies to focus on unfinished tasks from 2024 and pending matters due to the holiday, to ensure that there is no disruption to production and business activities and socio-economic development.

In addition, the Premier asks for urgent, serious, synchronous and effective implementation of projects, tasks, and solutions outlined in resolutions and conclusions of the Party Central Committee, the National Assembly, and the Government, especially a supplementary plan for socio-economic development in 2025, aiming for a growth rate of at least 8 percent.

Attention must be paid to keeping a close watch on the supply and demand trends, as well as the prices of essential goods and services after Tet, thus promptly taking solutions to balance supply and demand and stabilize market prices, PM Chinh noted.

The PM also requests the resolute and effective streamlining of the organizational apparatus of agencies and organizations in accordance with the directions of the Party Central Committee, the NA, and the Government.

In addition, he calls for the launch, promotion, and effective organization of patriotic emulation movements and peak emulation campaigns, and efforts to excellently complete the political tasks and socio-economic development goals for 2025, especially the targets related to economic growth, cultural development, budget revenue, and combating smuggling, trade fraud, and tax evasion.
