Decision No. 2353/QĐ-BTC, issued on July 3, 2025, promulgates new administrative procedures in the field of household business under the Ministry of Finance.
Accordingly, Decision No. 2353/QĐ-BTC/2025 announces the list of newly issued administrative procedures within the scope of state management of the Ministry of Finance, under the jurisdiction of the commune-level business registration authority, including:
Registration for updating or supplementing information in the household business registration dossier; correction of information in household business registration;
Termination of the household business registration procedure.
In addition, the Decision also announces the list of amended and supplemented administrative procedures under the management of the Ministry of Finance, within the jurisdiction of the commune-level business registration authority, including:
Registration for establishment of household business;
Registration for changes to household business registration information;
Registration for temporary suspension of business and resumption of business ahead of the registered suspension period;
Reissuance or replacement of the Certificate of Household Business Registration;
Termination of household business operations.
The Decision also sets out the methods for carrying out household business registration procedures.
Accordingly, the individual establishing a household business shall carry out the household business registration procedure with the commune-level business registration authority through one of the following methods:
Direct submission at the commune-level business registration authority;
Submission via postal service;
Online submission via electronic information network.
The processing time is within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the application.
