According to the Plan on legal support for enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, and business households in 2026 issued together with Decision No. 332/QĐ-BCT dated February 24, 2026, the Ministry of Industry and Trade will receive and handle enterprises’ feedback and recommendations regarding legal issues.
Specifically, under the Plan issued together with Decision No. 332/QĐ-BCT, enterprises’ feedback and recommendations may be received through:
Written submissions;
The Feedback and Recommendation System on legal normative documents by sector.
The Legal Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade is responsible for receiving and forwarding feedback and recommendations to competent authorities and units for handling.
Units under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in accordance with their assigned functions and duties, will receive and directly handle enterprises’ feedback and recommendations within their respective fields of responsibility.
The receipt and handling of recommendations aim to provide legal information, clarify legal difficulties, and support enterprises in the process of law implementation.
Under the Plan on legal support for enterprises in 2026 issued together with Decision No. 332/QĐ-BCT dated February 24, 2026, the Ministry of Industry and Trade will strengthen coordination among agencies and organizations to enhance the effectiveness of legal support for enterprises.
The Plan requires stronger coordination among ministries and ministerial-level agencies; central and local authorities; and organizations representing enterprises.
In addition, coordination will also be carried out with bar associations, the Vietnam Lawyers Association, and law-practicing organizations.
