From October 01, 2022, annul the determination of domestic content of cars

On August 10, 2022, the Ministry of Science and Technology issues the Circular No. 11/2022/TT-BKHCN on annulling legislative documents promulgated by the Minister of Science and Technology providing for a method for determination of domestic content of cars. This Circular takes effect on October 01, 2022.

In particulars, to annul the 03 legal documents as follows:

Firstly, the Decision No. 28/2004/QD-BKHCN dated October 01, 2004 on method for determination of domestic content of cars.

Secondly, the Decision No. 05/2005/QD-BKHCN dated May 11, 2005 on amending, supplementing the Decision No. 28/2004/QD-BKHCN dated October 01, 2004 of the Minister of Science and Technology on method for determination of domestic content of cars.

Thirdly, the Circular No. 05/2012/TT-BKHCN dated March 12, 2012 on amending, supplementing to Article 1 of the Decision No. 05/2005/QD-BKHCN on amending, supplementing the Decision No. 28/2004/QD-BKHCN on method for determination of domestic content of cars.
