Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has signed a decision issuing the strategy for developing Vietnam’s semiconductor industry by 2030, with a vision toward 2050.
This is the content prescribed in the Decree No. 109/2024/ND-CP on prescribing registration fee rates for automobiles, trailers or semi-trailers pulled by automobiles and vehicles like domestically manufactured and assembled automobiles.
A temporary 50-percent reduction in registration fees for domestically produced and assembled cars will be applied from September 1 through November 30 this year.
As defined in the 2019 Law on Tax Administration (the Law), fulfillment of tax obligations means full payment of payable tax amounts, late-payment interests, fines for violations of the tax laws, and other state budget revenues.
