The Law amending and supplementing a number of Articles of the Law on Enterprises No. 59/2020/QH14 was passed on June 17, 2025, by the XVth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam at its 9th session.
Subsequently, LuatVietnam.vn is providing the MIX Content (electronic consolidated version) of the 2020 Law on Enterprises and its amending and supplementing documents, in order to satisfy the demands of both domestic and foreign customers.
1. What is the MIX Content of the Law on Enterprises?
The Law on Enterprises No. 59/2020/QH14 has been amended and supplemented by the following documents:
• Law No. 03/2022/QH15 amending and supplementing a number of laws, including the 2020 Law on Enterprises;
• Law No. 42/2024/QH15 on the Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Supporting Tools (including amendments to the Law on Enterprises);
• Law No. 89/2025/QH15 on the State Budget (including amendments to the Law on Enterprises);
• Law No. 76/2025/QH15 amending and supplementing the Law on Enterprises (the latest document).
The MIX Content integrates the entire effective provisions of the 2020 Law on Enterprises with all amendments from the above-mentioned documents. Provisions replaced by new ones have been removed and substituted with updated provisions in the correct positions, enabling users to access the latest version of the Law on Enterprises after four amendments.
