The enterprise registration dossier includes all the documents showing the primary information of an enterprise. Hereafter are the documents in the enterprise registration dossier that every enterprise must-have.
The enterprise registration dossier is an important factor that contributes to an enterprise’s success. The enterprise registration dossier is prescribed in detail at the Articles 21, 22, 23, 24 of the Decree No. 01/2021/ND-CP as follows:

A limited liability company with two or more members, joint stock companies (Article 23) | - A written request for enterprise registration. - The partnership’s charter. - A list of members (a limited liability company with two or more members); or a list of founding shareholders and shareholders being foreign investors (a joint stock company). - Copies of the following papers: - Legal papers (copies) of: . The company’s representatives being individuals: Valid citizenship identity or ID cards, or Vietnamese passports; . Company’s members, founding shareholders or shareholders, who are foreign investors, being individuals: Valid citizenship identity or ID cards, or Vietnamese passports; . Company’s members, founding shareholders or shareholders, who are foreign investors, being organization: Valid citizenship identity or ID cards, or Vietnamese passports of the representatives; establishment decision or business registration certificate or enterprise registration certificate... .
