CIRCULAR
Promulgating the list of technologies in support of enterprises researching, transferring and applying hi-tech agriculture[1]
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 95/2017/ND-CP of August 16, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 57/2018/ND-CP of April 17, 2018, on mechanisms and policies to encourage enterprises to invest in agriculture and rural areas;
In furtherance of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 1203/QD-TTg of September 18, 2018, promulgating the action plan to implement the Government’s Decree No. 57/2018/ND-CP of April 17, 2018, on mechanisms and policies to encourage enterprises to invest in agriculture and rural areas;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology for Econo-Technical Sectors and the Director of the Legal Department;
The Minister of Science and Technology promulgates the Circular promulgating the list of technologies in support of enterprises researching, transferring and applying hi-tech agriculture.
Article 1. Scope of regulation
This Circular promulgates the list of technologies in support of enterprises researching, transferring and applying hi-tech agriculture as mentioned in Article 9 of the Government’s Decree No. 57/2018/ND-CP of April 17, 2018, on mechanisms and policies to encourage enterprises to invest in agriculture and rural areas (below referred to as Decree No. 57/2018/ND-CP).
Article 2. Subjects of application
1. This Circular applies to support-receiving enterprises that are established, register their operation and operate in accordance with the Law on Enterprises and have investment projects specified in Clauses 3, 4, and 5, Article 3 of Decree No. 57/2018/ND-CP.
2. This Circular applies to agencies, organizations and individuals involved in the implementation of preferential and supporting policies provided in Decree No. 57/2018/ND-CP.
Article 3. Effect
1. This Circular takes effect on July 15, 2019.
2. Any problems arising in the course of implementation should be reported to the Ministry of Science and Technology for guidance or study for appropriate amendments and supplementations.
Article 4. Implementation responsibility
Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees, and related organizations, individuals and enterprises shall implement this Circular.
