RESOLUTION
On termination of the credit program for students with difficult circumstances for purchase of computers and equipment in service of their online learning under the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 09/2022/QD-TTg dated April 4, 2022

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015; Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;
Pursuant to the National Assembly’s Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 dated January 11, 2022, on fiscal and monetary policies supporting socio-economic recovery and development program;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 39/2022/ND-CP dated June 18, 2022, promulgating the Working Regulation of the Government;
Pursuant to the Government’s Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated January 30, 2022, on the socio-economic recovery and development program and implementation of the National Assembly’s Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15, on fiscal and monetary policies in support of the Program;
At the proposal of the Ministry of Finance in Report No. 190/TTr-BTC dated September 5, 2023.
RESOLVES:
Article 1. To approve the policy of the termination of the credit program for students with difficult circumstances for purchase of computers and equipment in service of their online learning under the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 09/2022/QD-TTg dated April 4, 2022.
Article 2 To assign the Prime Minister to consider and promulgate a Decision on repealing the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 09/2022/QD-TTg dated April 4, 2022, regarding the credit applicable to pupils and students with difficult circumstances for purchase of computers and equipment in service of their online learning on the basis of the Ministry of Finance’s Report No. 154/TTr-BTC dated July 19, 2023.
Article 3. This Resolution takes effect on the date of its signing.
Article 4. The Prime Minister, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Planning and Investment, the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Bank for Social Policies and heads of relevant agencies shall implement this Resolution.
