DECREE

AMENDING, SUPPLEMENTING CLAUSE 2 ARTICLE 8 OF DECREE NO.67/2003/ND-CP DATED JUNE 13, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION CHARGES FOR WASTE WATER

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Fees and Charges dated August 28, 2001;
At the proposal of the Minister of Finance,

DECREES:

Article 1. Amending, supplementing clause 2 Article 8 of the Decree No.67/2003/ND-CP dated June 13, 2003 of the Government on environmental protection charges for waste water as follows:

“2. To remit 100% of the remaining into the local budget to use for environmental protection, new investment, sewer cleaning, maintenance of drainage systems in the locality; to supplement working capital to the fund of protecting the local environment; repay for the loan of the drainage projects to be of the task of local budget’s expenditures”.

Article 2. This Decree takes effect on June 01, 2010.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of Ministerial-level agencies, Heads of Governmental agencies, Presidents of the People’s Committee of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government are responsible for the implementation of this Decree.
