DECREE
ON THE AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO CLAUSE 2, ARTICLE 4 OF DECREE No.87-CP OF AUGUST 17, 1994 STIPULATING THE LAND PRICE BRACKET
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Land Law of July 14, 1993;
At the proposal of the Minister of Finance,
DECREES:
Article 1.- To amend and supplement Clause 2, Article 4 of Decree No.87-CP of August 17, 1994 of the Government defining the land price bracket as follows:
The prices of various types of land set by local authorities may be lower than the minimum price or higher than the maximum price of the land price bracket issued together with Decree No.87-CP of August 17, 1994 and the coefficient (k) has already been adjusted at Decision No.302-TTg of May 13, 1996 of the Prime Minister, but the price reduction or increase level shall not exceed 50%.
Article 2.- This Decree takes effect 15 days after its signing.
Article 3.- The ministers, the heads of the ministerial-level agencies and agencies attached to the Government, the presidents of the People's Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall have to implement this Decree.
