SUMMARY

To amend and supplement the Table of registration fee for 98 type of automobile

On October 25, 2019, the Ministry of Finance issues the Decision No. 2064/QD-BTC on the adjustment and supplementation of the Table of registration fee calculation prices for automobiles and motorcycles.

Accordingly, the Ministry adjusts and supplements the registration fee calculation prices for 98 types of automobiles which include: Imported passenger automobiles of up to 9 seats; Passenger automobiles of up to 9 seats manufactured and assembled in Vietnam; Imported pickup trucks and van trucks…

In addition, there are adjustment and supplement for 56 types of motorcycles, which include: Imported two-wheel motorcycles; Two-wheel motorcycles manufactured and assembled in Vietnam; (Electric) two-wheel motorcycles manufactured and assembled in Vietnam.

This Decision takes effect on October 29, 2019.

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to theLaw on Charges and Feesdated November 25, 2015;

Pursuant to theGovernment’sDecree No.140/2016/ND-CPdatedOctober 10, 2016onregistration feeand theDecree No. 20/2019/ND-CP dated February 21, 2019onamending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No.140/2016/ND-CP datedOctober 10, 2016on registration fee;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.87/2017/ND-CP datedJuly 26, 2017defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to the Minister of Finance’s Circular No.301/2016/TT-BTC datedNovember 15, 2016onguiding registration fee; and the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 20/2019/TT-BTCdatedApril 9, 2019onamending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 301/2016/TT-BTC of November 15, 2016;

At the request of the General Director of Taxation;

DECIDES:

Article 1.To promulgate together with this Decision the Table adjusting and supplementing the Table of registration fee calculation prices for automobiles and motorcycles promulgated together with the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 618/QD-BTC datedApril 9, 2019and theMinister of Finance’s Circular No.1112/QD-BTC dated June 28, 2019.

Article 2.This Decision takes effect on October29, 2019.

Article 3.The General Director of Taxation, the Director of the Tax Policy Department, the Director of the Legal Department and the Chief of Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance, Directors ofmunicipal Tax Departments, Heads of provincialanddistrict-level Tax Branches, and relevantagenciesand individuals shall implement this Decision.
