DECISION

ANNULLING VIETNAMESE STANDARDS

THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 22/CP of May 22, 1993 on the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (now the Ministry of Science and Technology);
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Goods Quality of December 24, 1999;
At the proposal of the General Director of Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To annul the following 8 Vietnamese standards:

1. TCVN 1605 - 88 Capacity-measuring glass devices used in laboratories - Quantification jars.

2. TCVN 1606 - 88 Capacity-measuring glass devices used in laboratories - Quantification pipettes.

3. TCVN 1607 - 88 Capacity-measuring glass devices used in laboratories - Graduated pipettes.

4. TCVN 1609 - 88 Capacity-measuring glass devices used in laboratories. Burettes.

5. TCVN 1610 - 88 Capacity-measuring glass devices used in laboratories - Graduated measuring tubes.

6. TCVN 4833: 1993 Meat and meat products - Sampling.

7. TCVN 4835: 1989 (ISO 2917 : 1974) Meat and meat products - pH measuring methods.

8. TCVN 6426 :1998 (AFQRJOS 16-1996) Aviation turbine jet fuel JET A-1 - Technical requirements.

Article 2.- This Decision takes implementation effect 15 days after its signing.
