THE PRIME MINISTER

Decision No. 80/2010/QD-TTg of December 9, 2010, on construction fee exemption

Pursuant to December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 57/ 2002/ND-CP of June 3, 2002, and the Decree No. 24/2006/ND-CP of March 6, 2006, detailing the Ordinance on Charges and Fees;

At the proposal of the Minister of Finance,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To effect the exemption from the construction fee specified at Point 2, Section II, Part A of the detailed list of charges and fees (promulgated together with the Government's Decree No. 24/2006/ND-CP of March 6. 2006).

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on February 1. 2011.

Article 3. The Ministry of Finance guides the implementation of this Decision.

Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, and chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces or centrally-run cities shall implement this Decision.-
