THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Law No. 17/2008/QH12 dated June 12, 2009 of the National Assembly on promulgation of legal documents;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/ND-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the proposal of the General Director of the State Treasury,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To correct some technical errors at the Circular No. 08/2013/TT-BTC dated January 10, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the State accounting performance for Treasury and Budget Management Information System (TABMIS) as follows:

1. At the point 2.3, clause 2, Article 37, to amend the term “Payable expense source’s detailed code” to “Payable and receivable detailed code”.

2. At the Appendix 1:

2.1. To correct the receipt forms C1-01/NS, C1-02/NS, C1-03/NS, C1-04/NS, C1-05/NS, C1-06/NS, C1-07/NS, C1-08/NS, C2-01a/NS, C2-02/NS, C2-03/NS,C2-04/NS, C2-05/NS, C2-06/NS, C2-08/NS, C2-09/NS, C2-11/NS, C2-12/NS, C2-13/NS, C2-14a/NS, C2-14b/NS, C2-15/NS, C2-16/NS, C2-17a/NS, C2-17b/NS, C2-18/NS, C3-01/NS, C3-02/NS, C3-03/NS, C3-04/NS, C3-05/NS, C4-02/NS, C4-09/NS, C6-01/NS, C6-02/NS, C6-03/NS, C7-16/NS by the receipt forms prescribed at the Appendix “Amended accounting receipts” issued with this Decision.

2.2. The size of the form C4-08/KB, C4-09/KB is printed in the A5 size which is now amended to the A4 size.

3. At the Appendix II, to amend account name as follows:

TK 3131 “Payable charges by foreign currency to bank deposit” is amended as “Payable interest by foreign currency by bank deposit”.

4. At the Appendix II.10. Name of the list which is printed as “List of payable charge’s detailed codes” is amended as “List of receivable, payable detailed code”. The title in the printed list of “Payable charge’s code name” is amended to “Detailed receivable, payable code name”

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the signing date./.
