DECISION

On cessation of the effect of Decision No. 893/QD-TTg dated July 26, 2023, of the Prime Minister, approving the National Master Plan on energy for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated February 18, 2025;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 39/2022/ND-CP dated June 18, 2022, promulgating the Working Regulation of the Government;

At the request of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Document No. 2429/BCT-DKT dated April 08, 2026, on cessation of the effect of Decision No. 893/QD-TTg dated July 26, 2023, of the Prime Minister.

DECIDES:

Article 1. Decision No. 893/QD-TTg dated July 26, 2023, of the Prime Minister, approving the National Master Plan on energy for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050, ceases to be effective from February 28, 2026.

Article 2. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, Chairpersons of the People’s Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and heads of relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
