DECISION
ON RECLAIMING BUSINESS LICENSE FOR THE SERVICE OF VIETNAMESE GUEST WORKERS
MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese guest workers dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 126/2007/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007, detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Vietnamese guest workers;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government on functions, responsibilities, jurisdiction and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to the Circular No. 21/2007/TT-BLDTBXH dated October 08, 2007 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs detailing a number of articles of the Law on Vietnamese guest workers and Government s Decree No. 126/2007/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007, detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Vietnamese guest workers (hereafter called the Circular No. 21/2007/TT-BLDTBXH);
At the proposal of the head of Overseas Labor Management Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1.To reclaim the business license for the service of Vietnamese guest workers of the VINAHANDCOOP Co.,LTD (now VINAHANDCOOP) for the reason that Company is not allowed to change the license prescribed at Point a, Paragraph 2, Article 15 of the Law on Vietnamese guest workers.
Article 2.VINAHANDCOOP shall have all responsibilities in accordance with Article 24 of the Law on Vietnamese guest workers and Point b, Paragraph 7, Section I of the Circular No. 21/2007/TT-BLDTBXH.
Article 3.This Decision takes effect on the signing date.
Article 4.Chief Officer, head of Overseas Labor Management Department, General Director of VINAHANDCOOP and heads of relevant units shall implement this Decision./.
