DECISION
ON DELINEATING THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARY BETWEEN KIEN GIANG AND AN GIANG PROVINCES
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Land Law passed by the 9th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the 14th of July 1993;
Pursuant to the Law Organization of the Government on the 30th of September 1992;
Considering the reports of the People's Committees of Kien Giang and An Giang provinces;
At the proposals of the Minister-Chairman of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel and the General Director of the General Land Administration.
DECIDES:
Article 1.- The administrative boundary between Kien Giang and An Giang provinces at the Vinh Gia Co To new economic zone starts at the Ging Ong Tru marker post at 104o 46' 42" East longitude and 10o 29' 43" North latitude, and stretches along terrain fixtures up to the intersection of the Ninh Phuong II canal and the Cui Giua road on the medial of the Ninh Phuoc II canal and from where to the Tri Ton canal at 105o 01' 12" East longitude and 10o 19' 03" North latitude.
Article 2.- To assign the Government Commission for Organization and Personnel, the general Land Administration and the People's Committees of Kien Giang and An Giang provinces to determine the concrete delineation line stipulated in Article 1, plant the marker posts, make description and compile the dossier on the administrative boundary between the said provinces in line with the spirit of Instruction 364-CT on the 6th of November, 1991, of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers (now the Prime Minister), and report the result of the implementation to the prime Minister.
Article 3.- The Minister-Chairman of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel, the General Director of the General Land Administration, the Heads of the concerned agencies at the central level and the Presidents of the People's Committees of An Giang and Kien Giang provinces are responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
