DECISION

ON THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF VIETNAM’S STANDARDS

THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 22/CP of May 22, 1993 on the tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Goods Quality of December 24, 1999;

At the proposal of the Director of the General Department of Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To issue together with this Decision the following eight Vietnamese standards:

1. TCVN 7015-1: 2002 (ISO 11680-1: 2000) Forestry machines - Safety requirements and testing methods for branch cutters with engines fitted on connection shaft. Part 1: Component sets fitted with internal combustion engines

2. TCVN 7015-2: 2002 (ISO 11680-2: 2000) Forestry machines - Safety requirements and testing methods for branch cutters with engines fitted on connection shaft. Part 2: Component sets operated by a shoulder-power supply

3. TCVN 7016: 2002 (ISO 13860: 2000) Forestry machines - Rubber-tire barrows - Term, definition and commercial characteristics

4. TCVN 7017: 2002 (ISO 13861: 2000) Forestry machines - Rubber-tire scooters - Term, definition and commercial characteristics

5. TCVN 7018: 2002 (ISO 13862: 2000) Forestry machines - Machines for cutting and gathering trees - Term, definition and commercial characteristics

6. TCVN 7019: 2002 (ISO 11738: 2000) Agricultural irrigation equipment - Control heads

7. TCVN 7020: 2002 (ISO 11684: 1995) Tractors and machines for agricultural and forestry use, motorized horticultural equipment and lawn mowers - Danger-describing signs and drawings - General principles

8. TCVN 7021: 2002 (ISO 3971: 1997) Rice-husking machines - Corresponding signs and terms

Article 2.- This Decision takes effect after its signing.
