THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Decision No. 563/QD-NHNN dated March 18, 2013 of the State Bank of Vietnam promulgating the procedure of trading gold bars

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 46/2010/QH12 dated June 16, 2010;

Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions No. 47/2010/QH12 dated November 26, 2011;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 96/2008/NĐ-CPdated August 26, 2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 24/2012/ND-CP dated April 03, 2012 of the Government on gold business activities;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 16/2013/QD-TTg dated March 04, 2013 of the Prime Minister on purchase and sale of gold bar on domestic market of the state bank of Vietnam;

At the proposal of Head of Foreign Exchange Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue attached with this Decision on procedure on trading gold bar of the State Bank of Vietnam

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on March 18, 2013.

Article 3. Chief Officer, Head of Foreign Exchange Department and Head of units directly under the State Bank of Vietnam, credit institutions, enterprises in gold bar trading and other organizations, individual shall implement this Decision./.
