DECISION
On the list of telecommunications service providers with network infrastructure in which the state holds dominating shares or capital contributions

THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;
Pursuant to the November 23, 2009 Law on Telecommunications;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2011/ND-CP detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Telecommunications;
At the proposal of the Minister of Information and Communications,
DECIDES:
Article 1.To promulgate the list of telecommunications service providers with network infrastructure in which the State holds shares or capital contributions accounting for more than 50% of charter capital, including:
1. Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group (VNPT);
2. Viettel Group (VIETTEL);
3. Vietnam Maritime Communication and Electronics Company (VISHIPEL);
4. Global Telecommunications Corporation (GTEL);
5. Indochina Telecom Joint Stock Company (INDOCHINA TELECOM).
Article 2.Based on the specific situation of each period, the Ministry of Information and Communications shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant ministries and sectors in, proposing change or addition of enterprises in the list specified in Article 1 of this Decision.
Article 3.This Decision takes effect on December 1, 2011.
Article 4.Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, and chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees shall implement this Decision.-
