DECISION

ASSIGNING THE TASK OF POST-GRADUATE TRAINING TO THE INSTITUTE OF NATURAL COMPOUNDS CHEMISTRY UNDER THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR NATURAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to Decision No.224-TTg of May 24, 1976 of the Prime Minister on in-country post-graduate training;

At the proposals of the Director of the National Center for Natural Science and Technology (Official dispatch No.396-KHCN-QG/TCCB of April 1st, 1995), the Minister of Education and Training (Official dispatches No.3912-SDH of June 10, 1995, and No.5245-SDH of August 3, 1995), the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment (Official dispatches No.1019-TCCB-KH of May 6, 1995, and No.1700-TCCB-KH of July 27, 1995),

DECIDES :

Article 1.- To assign the task of post-graduate training to the Institute of Natural Compounds Chemistry under the National Center for Natural Science and Technology.

Article 2.- The Ministry of Education and Training shall, together with the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, decide the specialties to be included in the post-graduate training program of the Institute of Natural Compounds Chemistry.

Article 3.- This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing.

The Minister of Education and Training, the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, the Minister of Finance, the Minister-Chairman of the State Planning Committee, the Director of the National Center for Natural Science and Technology, and the Heads of the relevant agencies shall have to implement this Decision.
