DECISION
SUPPLEMENTING THE MINIMUM PRICES OF COMMODITY ITEMS NOT ON THE LIST OF COMMODITY GROUPS WITH PRICES CONTROLLED BY THE STATE
THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMS
Pursuant to the competence and the principles of determining prices for export tax and import tax calculation prescribed in Article 7 of the Government’s Decree No.54/CP of August 28, 1993;
Pursuant to the Finance Ministry’s Circular No.172/1998/TT/BTC of December 22, 1998 guiding the implementation of the Government’s Decree No.54/CP of August 28, 1993;
Pursuant to the Finance Ministry’s Circulars No.82/1997/TT/BTC of November 11, 1997 and No.92/1999/TT/BTC of July 24, 1999 stipulating the General Customs Department�s competence to set the tax calculation prices;
Pursuant to the Finance Ministry’s Circulars No.82/1997/TT/BTC of November 11, 1997 and No.92/1999/TT/BTC of July 24, 1999 stipulating the General Customs Department�s competence to set the tax calculation prices;
Pursuant to the Finance Minister’s Decision No.164/2000/QD-BTC of October 10, 2000;
At the proposal of the director of the Department for Export and Import Tax Inspection and Collection,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To promulgate together with this Decision the minimum price index in supplement to the index of tax calculation prices promulgated together with the Customs General Director’s Decision No.481/1999/QD-TCHQ of December 29, 1999
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing. The director of the Department for Export and Import Tax Inspection and Collection and the directors of the provincial/municipal Customs Departments shall have to implement this Decision.
