DECISION

ISSUING THE LIST OF PRODUCTS AND GOODS NEED TO BE INSPECTED QUALITY

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25^th, 2001;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Goods Quality dated December 24^th, 1999;
Pursuant to Decree No. 179/2004/ND-CP dated October 21^st, 2004 of the Government regulating State management on the quality of products and goods;
At the request of the Minister of Science and Technology.

DECISION

Article 1. Issued together with this Decision” the list of products and goods need to inspected quality", for the competent authorities pursuant to this list organizing quality control of products and goods circulating on the domestic market and imported commodity.

Article 2. Organizations and individuals manufacturing, trading, importing products and goods on the list referred to in Article 1, the state agency management on the quality and technical organizations designated quality control shall implement this decision.

Article 3. Ministry of Science and Technology shall preside over and coordinate with other ministries of specialized management early implement Article 26 of Decree No. 179/2004/ND-CP regulating State management on the quality of products or goods for further to appoint the Prime Minister and additional list of technical organizations are eligible to participate in the work of quality control, to regulate methods of goods inspection, shall guide and supervise the implementation of this Decision.

Article 4. This decision takes effect after 15 days from the date of its publication.

Article 5. The ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of Governmental agencies, chairmen of People's Committee of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall implement this decision.
