DECISION
PROMULGATING THE TOLL LEVELS FOR YEN LENH BRIDGE ON NATIONAL HIGHWAY NO. 38
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP of June 3, 2002 detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Charges of Fees;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP of November 5, 2002 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structures of the ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP of July 1, 2003 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the Finance Ministry's Circular No. 109/2002/TT-BTC of December 6, 2002 prescribing the regime of collection, payment and use management of road toll;
At the proposals of the Ministry of Transport (Official Dispatch No. 2171/GTVT-TC of May 6, 2004) and the director of the Tax Policy Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To promulgate together with this Decision the Table of toll levels for Yen Lenh bridge on National Highway No. 38.
Article 2.- Payers of toll for Yen Lenh bridge on National Highway No. 38 shall be as prescribed in Section III, Part I of the Finance Ministry's Circular No. 109/2002/TT-BTC of December 6, 2002 prescribing the regime of collection, payment and use management of road tolls (hereinafter called Circular No. 109/2002/TT-BTC for short).
Article 3.- Tolls for Yen Lenh bridge on National Highway No. 38 shall be managed and used as provided for roads which are invested with joint-venture capital prescribed in Section III, Part II of Circular No. 109/2002/TT-BTC.
Article 4.- Units collecting tolls for Yen Lenh bridge on National Highway No. 38 shall register, declare, collect and remit tolls, use toll-collection vouchers and fulfill the responsibilities of toll-collecting organizations strictly according to the provisions of Circular No. 109/2002/TT-BTC.
Article 5.- This Decision takes implemen-tation effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 6.- Organizations and individuals being toll payers, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of tolls for Yen Lenh bridge on National Highway No. 38, and the concerned agencies shall have to implement this Decision.
